    We are a merchandising company focused on increasing user engagement through amazing, high-quality customized products.

2. Products and orders::

  • How can I place an order?

    It's very easy! After browsing the products, select the one you like, add your logo/art/text, choose the printing technique that suits you, select the color, the number of pieces, add it to the cart, and you're done! Just follow the steps to complete your purchase.

  • How long does it take for my order to be ready?

    Standard production takes between 5 to 7 business days. From there, national shipping takes between 2 and 4 business days, and for Mexico City and the metropolitan area, delivery is the same day.

3. Shipping and delivery::

  • How long does shipping take?

    It depends on the location; however, national shipping takes approximately 2 to 4 business days, and for Mexico City and the metropolitan area, delivery is the same day or the next day, once production is complete.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once production is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we do offer international shipping! However, you must ensure that your country's regulations allow the entry of the selected products.

4. Returns and refunds::

  • In what cases can I request a refund?

    If the products you receive have a manufacturing defect and/or the printing or customization has a quality issue. Additionally, all products must be returned to the following address: Río Hudson 13, Cuauhtémoc, Cuauhtémoc, 06500, Mexico City. Once the return is completed, the refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days.

5. Customization and design::

  • How do I customize my products?

    Once you select the product you like, click the “Customize” button. A customization modal will open where you can add your logo/art or create text from scratch. You will be able to customize all 4 views of the product. Once finished, you must choose a customization technique. Please note that only one customization technique can be selected per product. And that’s it! Your product has been successfully customized and you can proceed to checkout.

6. Invoicing:

  • How do I request an invoice for my order?

    To request an invoice, simply go to the bottom of the page to the “Invoicing” module and follow the steps by completing the form and attaching the required documents.

  • How long does it take to receive my invoice?

    Once the information is received by email, we will send your invoice within 2 to 4 business days.

  • How do you protect my personal information?

    We implement security measures to protect customer information, which are detailed in our privacy policy.
